Rhyming Games

Any game involving making up a poem or a song on the spot can be a special challenge to an improver, but a good song can be remembered well after the show.

Advertising Pitch: Credits, Friday Night Improvs
Introduction - Three people are chosen to pitch advertising ideas to an agency big wig. First an association or product is chosen from the audience, and each must give a slogan for that association or product. Another is chosen and the three must then sing a jingle for it. Then they are sent out of the room and a third association or product is selected. They return and must sing another jingle without knowing what the association or product is. Description - This is another game filled with one liners. It's just making jokes about the particular product. Plain and simple.

German Drinking Song: Credits, Whose Line
Introduction - Four people are chosen to sing a german drinking song about a subject procured from the audience. Then they start again, this time starting with the second and ending with the first, and so on until all have the opportunity to give a punchline. Description - This game can be pretty long, but entertaining. It's basically four songs with each player getting to give the punchline.
